Llanrhystud
6th section of the Ceredigion Coastal Path Llanrhystud to Aberystwyth
Total Distance 17km (10.6 miles) Grade - moderate/hard
Despite being challenging this section of Heritage Coast is dramatic, lonely and extremely worthwhile.

Aberaeron South Beach is a rock and shingle beach just to the south of the town and harbour. Dogs are allowed on the beach but are restricted between the Harbour Walls and the groyne to the south of Beach Parade from 1st May to 30th September.
Sustrans route 81 or "Lon Cambria" is an East-West cycle route which crosses the Cambrian Mountains and heads towards Shrewsbury and beyond.
