Set within 13 acres of stunning pasture and woodland near Llanidloes, our site offers a level of tranquility rarely found in traditional campsites with our huge pitches and access to our private river. Whether you are arriving in a campervan or pitching a tent, our "exclusive-feel" pitches are designed to help you relax in the heart of the Welsh countryside.
To ensure a comfortable stay, every pitch at Ty Llewelyn includes:
• Your own Picnic table.
• Individual Fire Pit: Perfect for authentic campfire cooking and stargazing in the Powys dark skies.
You have shared caovered washing up facilites, toilets and free hot showers. There is also a little on site shed shop which has freshley baked bread and pastries from Andy our local artisan baker and fresh freerange eggs from the Gorn Farm, both within just a couple of miles from the site. My Son also sells his friewood from here for your firepits - he accepts cash and cards and is saving up for a new quadbike!
We have no control over our wonderful Welsh weather, but for the rainy days we have you covered in our communal area which as a pool table, comfy seats, games, books and a projector and screen for our much loved cinima nights. We are an off grid site but dont worry about charging your phones and devices we have charging facilities at the communal area all free of charge.
