The Dragon is a quiet and relaxed Inn in the heart of Crickhowell in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Very popular with walkers, golfers, birdwatchers and a perfect base for exploring the countryside.

All bedrooms at the Dragon are furnished to the same high standard and are of superior grade and all are en-suite. Standard Rooms differ only by the fact they are located in the eaves of the building so have shower attachments over a bath as opposed to a full shower due to limited height.

The Family suite is an ideal base for the entire family for a longer stay at the dragon with 2 separate bedrooms, Sofa, 40″ flat screen TV and kitchenette – the ideal amenity for those with children or babies. The family suite is furnished to a very high standard and is also ideal for couples wanting a higher standard of accommodation with plenty of room and high quality furnishings.

Dogs are welcome at the Dragon and there are areas allocated within the busy restaurant.so please prebook a table to avoid disappointment and indicate you have a dog. Dogs are welcome in all outdoor areas including the courtyard and garden.

THE DRAGON INN RESTAURANT & BAR
The Dragon, Crickhowell specialise n producing a range of traditional dishes and food is served all day. On offer are “Dragon burgers” home made from premium cut locally supplied steak and beautiful sirloins through to dishes like Welsh Lamb loin chops with caramelised vegetables roasted in honey & thyme. Vegetarian & gluten free options are available, as are sandwiches and bar snacks for those looking for something smaller during the day.
