Details
The Corris Cafe uses delicious local produce across the all-day menu wherever possible. Enjoy freshly ground morning coffee (the coffee beans are expertly roasted by the Baristas at Zealots Coffee in North Wales) tea, hot chocolate or a cold drink with a great selection of locally baked cakes and biscuits. There’s an all day Breakfast bap menu too, choose from Welsh sausages, bacon, eggs and mushrooms or enjoy a tasty fully loaded breakfast bap with all four fillings. Freshly baked pastries and cinnamon toast also served.
The delicious lunch menu includes a real burger menu with a Welsh steak, Welsh lamb, Welsh barbeque, Welsh rarebit and vegan burgers, all served on a sourdough beer bap. Brand new for 2022, the Dyfi Dog, the dogs are made especially for us by the award winning Rob Rattray Butchers and served in a brioche bun with optional mustard, ketchup and caramelised onions. Other options include homemade soup, Welsh Lamb cawl, a range of jacket potatoes, hot and cold pasties and a range of sandwiches.
Enjoy afternoon tea with freshly baked scones and Bara Brith. A range of speciality teas and traditional teas (freshly ground coffee or choose from a range of cold drinks if you prefer) are available.
Tell the staff about any food allergies or special diets, they will be able to cater for your needs.
There is free WIFI with seating available indoors and outdoors.
WELSH FOOD AND DRINK SHOP
Linked via an archway from the cafe is the Welsh Deli - a Welsh food and drink shop where you'll find the shelves stocked with jams, preserves, tea, coffee, ciders, beers, wine, spirits, liqueurs, cheeses, honey, eggs, biscuits, cakes and much more all of which has been grown, reared or produced in Wales, much by local artisan producers.
