Mid Wales Opera at Cwm Weeg Garden

About

Thanks to the generosity of Kingsley George and Wolfgang Schaeffer, Mid Wales Opera returns to the wonderful garden at Cwm Weeg, near Newtown for the annual garden concert this summer. With grottos and wildflowers, woodland walks and established herbaceous borders this garden has something for everyone to enjoy.

A colourful bandstand provides cover for the concert in case of rain; tea and coffee will be available during the long interval.

Bring a picnic to enjoy in the break, or take a walk. You never know what you might find in this hidden garden in the rolling hills of mid Wales – a place where legends take root and musical magic rises from the soil.

Doors open 5.30pm, concert 6pm.

On site parking available.

Please bring your own chairs and rugs if you can, though some seating will be available.
