Bwlch y Groes (Pass of the Cross) is one of the highest public road mountain passes in Wales. The route lies on minor roads linking Dinas Mawddwy, Llanuwchllyn and Lake Vyrnw with views across the Dyfi valley and Cadair Idris

The Brimmon Wood & Kerry walk starts and ends in the centre of Newtown. It is mainly off-road walking with a few short sections on quiet lanes.
Rhayader - Shrewsbury
This section of route 81 heads North East via Llanidloes, Newtown and Welshpool towards Shrewsbury and England.
Gwbert, Cardigan
Our ninth annual Kite Festival will be taking place 20th - 21st June. Our friends "Sky Bums", kite specialists from Shropshire, will be returning to put on kite flying displays with their huge and varied array of kites.
Aberystwyth
The railway station is the terminus of the Cambrian Line from Shrewsbury. Located close to the town centre, there is a taxi rank and bus station adjacent.
Wales is the first country in the world to have a formal trail the whole way around its coast. The Wales Coast Path (which is 870 miles long) joins up with Offa’s Dyke Path to provide a 1,030 mile trail around the Welsh border.
