Quad Biking

Explore the great outdoors on a quad bike. Magnificent views out over the Welsh countryside. Not restricted to a single track you ride through woodland, over mountain and rough terrain with wth water thrown in for good measure!

Rock Climbing/Canyoning/Caving

A great way of seeing the majestic Brecon Beacons National Park scenery - even hanging upside down. Climbing in Wales is suitable for any age from 5 upwards. We can offer a range of guided climbing fundays from the novice through to expert

Hiking and Hill Walking

Adventure Britain’s qualified mountain instructors will take you up into the majestic Brecon Beacons so you can experience the wilderness of the National Park. Using local knowledge to maximise your mountain or hill walking experience

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Clay pigeon shooting involves clay circular targetts. During your clay pigeon shooting session you’ll be given expert tuition and lessons on how to handle and fire shotguns and also how to improve your clay shooting technique.

Coasteering

Coasteering involves swimming, jumping off cliffs into the sea, scrambling along the rocks as the waves crash in, screaming, crying, laughing out loud are all part and parcel of this superb natural activity. Less coast more roller coaster!

Caving

Be amazed by the rock formations, attempt many of the challenges presented by them such as the intriguingly named "Toilet".South Wales has some of the best limestone caving in northern Europe

Paintballing

Equipped with full face mask, overalls and most importantly the latest paintball guns and pellets you're away (mostly repainting the forest). Play out a number of scenarios during the day in a wonderful 30 acre natural woodland setting.

Merlins Coffee Shop, Bar & Budget Accommodation

Merlins budget accommodation with a cafe and bar is well placed to act as base to visit most places of interest and sample some fantastic outdoor activities in South West Wales (3star grade - Vist Wales)

Surfing on Gower

Surfing with Adventure Britain. One of Wales' largest outdoor activity providers. For your peace of mind we are licensed with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority. Are you a bit of a beach bum ?

Canyoning

The best way of describing our canyoning activity is white water rafting but without the raft. With our guides, you descend a stunning steep sided gorge by various ways and means!

Kayaking

Adventure Britain not only run kayaking sessions for those who just want an enjoyable funday out but also training and assessment days for those looking to improve their skills and coaching awards. This is a great group activity.
