About

Y Llofft is a light, single-storey cottage tucked away in a peaceful wooded valley, just half a mile from Tresaith’s sandy beach on the Ceredigion coast. Recently refurbished throughout, it sleeps up to three guests and makes an ideal base for couples, friends or small families looking for a relaxing West Wales break.

The cottage has a gentle, coastal feel with open-plan living and plenty of home comforts. There’s a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge and dining area with valley views, and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower and separate bath. Superfast fibre broadband is included.

Bedrooms:

  • Main bedroom: Superking-size bed (6’), SMART TV, blackout blinds, wardrobe, dressing table.
  • Second bedroom: Single bed, blackout blind, large chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Living:

  • Comfortable sofas, SMART TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speakers.
  • Woodburner for cosy evenings (added in 2019).
  • Board games, books and DVDs for relaxed days in.
  • Dining table with space for four.

Kitchen:

  • Ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and tumble dryer.

Bathroom:

  • Spacious shower with rain head and hand-held options
  • Separate bath, wash basin and WC

  • Set on a quiet country lane amid green valley views

Y Llofft is just a short stroll from the Ceredigion Coast Path, with award-winning beaches nearby including Tresaith, Aberporth and Llangrannog, as well as the more secluded Penbryn, Mwnt and Cwtydu. The Ship Inn and Tresaith beach are both an easy half-mile walk down the hill. Cardigan, with its shops, pubs and restaurants, is around 10 minutes’ drive.

You’ll find everything you need for a peaceful, comfortable stay in a relaxed corner of West Wales.
