Ty Isaf is a bright, spacious holiday cottage sleeping 6 guests, set in a peaceful wooded valley, just half a mile from Tresaith’s sandy beach and 1.5 miles from Aberporth. Adjoining Y Llofft, this modern, family-friendly retreat sleeps up to six and is ideal for relaxed coastal holidays in West Wales.

The cottage is set on a quiet country lane on the edge of Tresaith village, surrounded by trees and close to some of the best beaches on Cardigan Bay. Enjoy easy access to the Ceredigion Coast Path (just a 5-minute walk), or head down the hill to The Ship Inn and Tresaith beach. There’s plenty for outdoor enthusiasts too, from surfing and coasteering to peaceful beach walks and birdwatching.

Accommodation:

  • Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom with superking-size bed, TV, and en-suite shower room.
  • Bedroom 2: Twin beds (can be made up as a superking), TV, and en-suite bathroom with large bath and shower over.
  • Bedroom 3: Cosy twin room with sloping ceilings.
  • Family shower room with large rain shower.

Living:

  • Large, contemporary living room with beamed apex ceiling, woodburner, and three comfy sofas.
  • Bi-fold doors open onto hardwood decking and an enclosed terrace with BBQ.
  • SMART TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, books, and games.

  • Modern, fully equipped kitchen with double oven, induction hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
  • Dining area with views across the garden.

  • Large, lawned back garden with stream and woodland backdrop.
  • Private parking for two cars.
  • Secure, enclosed terrace ideal for dogs and children.

Ty Isaf is dog-friendly and perfect for families or friends who want space to unwind, with Cardigan town just a short drive away and a choice of Blue Flag and Green Coast beaches nearby. The cottage is owned and managed by John and Sue, who have been welcoming guests since 2012 and are always happy to share local recommendations.

Planning for a smaller group or want to holiday alongside friends? Y Llofft, the adjoining single-storey cottage, is also available to book.
