Upper Dolarddyn is a beautifully restored stone-built holiday home, offering an idyllic stay for families and groups seeking both comfort and adventure.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Mid Wales, this spacious property blends modern luxury with charming period features, making it the perfect escape. The ground floor welcomes you with newly laid Indian limestone flooring, which complements the original beams and beautiful panelling throughout.

The inviting living room features a log burner, perfect for cosy evenings, alongside a Smart TV for entertainment. Adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen is a large dining room with a stunning oak table and another charming log burner, creating a warm and sociable space for shared meals. The kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, boasting a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a utility area with a washer and dryer. A separate porch provides a practical space for hanging coats and wet boots after a day of exploring.

Upstairs, four generously sized bedrooms span two floors. Two feature king-size beds, while the remaining two have twin beds, accommodating up to eight guests. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower, plus two additional bathrooms. Outside, the front patio is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine, while the expansive rear courtyard provides ample space for children to play ball games or even a round of tennis. Another seating area captures the afternoon sun, ideal for unwinding with a drink.

For those eager to explore, the area offers a wealth of attractions. Nearby, King’s Nurseries is a fantastic garden centre with an excellent coffee bar and restaurant.
