Trefeddian Hotel overlooking the Aberdyfi Sand dunes

About

The Trefeddian Hotel boasts the perfect location for views over Aberdovey golf course, down towards the sand dunes and over Cardigan Bay. For an afternoon sitting in the sun or a perfect spot to view our amazing sunsets, it really does take some beating!

With a wide range of facilities right here at the hotel including our lovely swimming pool with a gorgeous hot tub to relax in, a putting green, tennis court, games room with pool tables, table tennis and air hockey, outdoor play area and free Wi-Fi, there is plenty to keep the whole family occupied. For more relaxed, quieter days we have a selection of books and magazines and a variety of board games to play in any of our beautifully decorated lounges.

We have 59 bedrooms in the hotel, ranging from single rooms, twins and doubles, to larger family rooms that can accommodate families of up to 5 or 6! We have a choice of hill view and sea view rooms and many of our rooms have the added bonus of a private balcony. We also have a superior floor with our larger suites for a touch of luxury and a fully accessible bedroom complete with full wet room facilities.

Our award winning breakfast is served in the fantastic dining room with a choice of continental breakfast through to a full Welsh breakfast. In the evening, our four course menu that changes daily, is complimented by a selection of fine wines and friendly service. Our chefs always strive to please diverse tastes and use local produce whenever possible to enhance the dining experience.

Aberdyfi is home to the famous 18-hole championship links golf course, has four miles of stunning clean sandy beach and the charming village itself has many boutique shops and galleries to explore. A variety of water sports such as sailing, paddle boarding, fishing and boat trips can be found around the bustling harbour area.

Local attractions include the famous Talyllyn narrow-gauge railway, Corris Craft Centre and King Arthurs Labyrinth are nearby and make an interesting day out or for the more adventurous, Zip World at Blaenau Ffestiniog is around an hours drive away from the hotel, in the foothills of Snowdonia.
