The Townhouse is a large Victorian townhouse with enclosed courtyard garden, and is situated next to the Marina and South Beach - which is dog friendly and castle grounds. The nearest dog friendly pub is just across the road with many more to select from in the town itself
The Townhouse provides spacious, stunning accommodation which is perfect for a large family/groups.
It is Ideally located for walking into Aberystwyth and for access to all other amenities and makes a great base to explore the area.
The Townhouse accommodation has 6 bedrooms - 1 Super king on the ground floor - can be made up as. Twin on request. 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 King and 1 Single on the first floor & 1 King on the top floor. 3 bathrooms - one on each floor - 2 showers, 2 baths and 4 toilets. Beds made up ready and towels supplied with day to day stuff supplied as standard. We do not supply beach towels
The accommodation is child friendly and can supply cots, high chair, stair gate, baby/child dishes etc are available on request.
Within the Townhouse, you will find a dining room, games room suitable for children and adults with a flat screen TV, and a 4K Smart television lounge with seating for 12 and a log effect fire.
There is a small enclosed sun trap rear walled courtyard garden with patio furniture and BBQ and the rear garage is an ideal storage area for canoe's, kayak's, boards and bikes with rear access to the beach.

Road Directions
By Car: On entering Aberystwyth make you way towards the main promenade. When you get to the Pier follow the sea towards the castle and the marina. When you get to the ice cream kiosk on the sea front - opposite the castle turn left. You are now in South road. Approx 100 yards along the road on the right hand side is Rheidol Terrace. Turn in and the house is the first house on the right hand side.
