Llety Cariad, Plas Robin Retreats

About

Step into a world of tranquility and rejuvenation at Plas Robin Rural Retreats. Our three, beautifully designed, bespoke holiday homes, have been equipped with every modern comfort and to the highest possible standards to afford you a truly luxurious holiday.

Enjoy spectacular views from the expansive bi-fold windows and watch the gentle pace of country life unfold before you. Delight in the majestic and graceful flight of Red Kites, Buzzards and all manner of flora and fauna in this unspoilt corner of beautiful, rural Montgomeryshire. Star gaze to the dark, night sky whilst relaxing in your private Hot-Tub and you are sure to hear the neighbouring owls and may even be lucky enough to see a shooting star.

Each morning, enjoy collecting your own fresh eggs from the hen-house by the Oak tree, watch the ducks take their morning dip in the stream or stroll across to say 'good morning' to our two beautiful ponies, Welsh cob 'Llanidi' and 'Lady', a retired thoroughbred - both very partial to a polo mint.

About the Area
Our village bakery is just a 5 minute walk away, where you can choose from a delicious selection of fresh bread and pastries each morning, as well as collecting your bottle of fresh milk from our organic village dairy, 'Daisy Bank' dairy. There are many wonderful walks to explore too, straight from your door-step, as well as the 'Offa's Dyke' path which can be joined in Montgomery, just 2 miles away.

Montgomery is a small 'Royal Charter' Town with a delightful array of artisan independent shops, including a delicatessen, art gallery and book-shop, as well as a small Farmers' Market on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you choose to get out and about, you will find a great choice of local destinations, all within 10 miles ; National Trust property Powis Castle, CADW Montgomery Castle, Gregynog Hall and Gardens, Glansevern Hall and Gardens, The Llanfair Light Railway, Kerry Vale Vineyard, Andrew Logan Museum.....more than ample for the most active explorer!

We are fortunate to also have many excellent restaurants within easy reach, all of which take great pride in using the very best of local, fresh produce, including 'Ifor's Welsh Wagyu' beef and Montgomery Cheeses. The very best of Montgomeryshire awaits you in our beautiful and luxurious holiday homes as well as a very warm, welsh welcome.
