Details
Nyth Robin is small, friendly, eco touring site, just outside the pretty seaside village of Aberdovey in mid-Wales, and within the Snowdonia National Park. Secluded site set in 7 ½ acres of private woodland with short walks .
Our 10 touring pitches all have electric hook up. Our Standard gravel pitches are great in all weather, or our Upper Terrace pitches are a bit bigger and grassier, and offer a bit more seclusion.
All pitches have easy access to our facilities which include toilets, hot showers, chemical toilet and grey water emptying points, as well as water taps and a washing up area.
With our own small lakes and plenty of space, Nyth Robin is a picturesque and tranquil place to relax and unwind.
Aberdyfi is just 3 miles away and offers good old-fashioned seaside fun. Kids will love a day on the sandy beach, crab-ing off the pier and donkey rides. Like all good seaside villages, Aberdyfi has great ice cream and fish and chips. There's also art galleries, gift shops, cafes, great restaurants and pubs.
Away from Aberdyfi there's plenty of activities to keep the young and the old entertained.
GREAT FOR PETS:
Nyth Robin is a dog friendly site and pooches enjoy our short woodland walks. There’s also year-round access to dog friendly beach areas in Aberdyfi.
GREAT FOR KIDS:
Nyth Robin campsite is perfect for families. Our woodland is great for the kids to explore and let off steam! We also have a family wet room for those with younger children, making shower time easier.
GREAT FOR WILDLIFE & NATURE:
Nyth Robin is a haven for wildlife and great for bird spotting/ listening - you can go to sleep to the sound of the hooting tawny owl and wake up to the dawn chorus.
Relax and enjoy the surrounding natural environment. Parts of our woodland have been recognised as ancient woodland by the Woodland Trust, with oaks and ancient hazel hedgerow.
We do our best to be look after our environment and our unisex facilities boast compost loos (not that you'd know) and hot water is heated via our solar panels (don't worry we have a backup if the sun doesn't shine enough!) We also encourage recycling and collect compost food waste too.
