Notes
There is space directly outside the property to load or unload a car but no long term parking. Car parking is on a gravel surface car park and the approach to the property is then a 100 metres walk along a gravel driveway. Access to the first floor main entrance is via an external wooden staircase (13 steps) and 25 meters of timber walkway constructed of planks approximately 15cm wide laid lengthways, with gaps of about 2cm between them. It is also possible to access this walkway from the rear garden gate - three concrete steps and a sloping path. There is a second entrance at the front of the property at ground floor level, directly into the twin bedroom. Both entrance doors have sills approximately 15cm high. The timber walkway and outside staircase are lit at night. The property is a two-storey end of terrace house with a lounge and kitchen on the first floor, and two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor. A single straight flight of thirteen stairs, 76cm wide, connects the two floors. Ceiling heights throughout are approximately 225cm. Most electric power points are situated approximately 50cm above skirting board height, although some are just above skirting board height. Lighting throughout the property is good. Colours throughout are pale shades of cream, terracotta and green, with soft furnishings in deeper shades of these colours (bedroom furnishings are patterned). There is no telephone in the property. Mobile telephones from Vodaphone, EE and O2 networks work at the front of the property. Fire extinguishers are situated at the top and bottom of the stairs. The main entrance door leads into the kitchen, which extends to the left and is fitted with standard height units. A few feet in front the of entrance door, to the right, lie the stairs down to the ground floor. The door to the lounge, 69cm wide, lies ahead and slightly to the left. The lounge is spacious and open with furniture around the sides of the room. The TV and radio have remote controls. The stairs are narrow (76cm), with full height walls and a handrails on one side. At the bottom of the stairs there is a 90 deg turn to the left into the hallway. To the right after this turn (at the front of the house) is the twin bedroom. Access is through a 69cm door. To the left is the double bedroom (at the rear of the house). There are bedside lights in both bedrooms. Space around all beds is limited. The door to the bathroom is 70cm wide. The shower is over the bath and the water temperature is controlled by a manually-adjusted mixer tap. The bathroom also contains a wash basin and WC at standard heights.
