Situated on the main Aberystwyth road, with stunning views over the River Dovey (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve). Breathtaking views across the estuary and to the Southern Snowdonia Mountains, perfectly located to enjoy all of nature's finest attractions. Log burning stove and cinema projector for those cosy nights. One mile from Gareth Ward's two Michelin star restaurant, Ynyshir.
