A 60 yard bog swim (snorkelling not required)

2 mile cross-country cycle

1 mile cross-country run to finish

Competitors start 3 minutes apart

Watch friends, family and fellow competitors as they race around the bog field

Expect water and mud to feature in all elements

Entry £15 - age category, gender and fancy dress prizes.
Registration opens 10am, first competitor starts at 11am(ish!)

Following the successful launch of this new event in 2023, we are looking forward to welcoming new and returning competitors to this mini muddy madness.

If you can swim, run, ride and laugh at the same time, why not join in the fun and brave the bog, ditches and hills as a competitor or supporter?

Llanwrtyd Wells is located on the main A483 road between Builth Wells and Llandovery. There is on-street parking available in the town.

The train station is approximately a 10 minute walk from the town along a paved walkway.

 

Accessible by Public Transport: Llanwrtyd station is 1 mile away.
