About

The Bull & Heifer is a welcoming Welsh country pub in Bettws Cedewain, just outside Newtown in Powys. It is part of the Bettws Hall family, so you will find quality game dishes on the menu alongside pub favourites, grills and house burgers.

The kitchen serves a seasonal menu featuring Bettws Hall game, beer battered fish, steaks from the grill, homemade burgers and lighter pasta and salad dishes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free options are clearly marked, and the team are happy to chat through any allergies or dietary needs.

The bar is stocked with a good choice of drinks and there is plenty of space to relax with friends, neighbours or family after a day out in Mid Wales. The pub is open every day, with food served at both lunchtime and in the evening on most days. Please check current opening and kitchen times before you travel.
