About

Our wonderful soloists – soprano Mari Wyn Williams, mezzo-soprano Rebecca Afonwy-Jones, tenor Robyn Lyn Evans, and baritone Mark Nathan will be joined by celebrated Welsh harpist Elfair Grug and MWO's Music Director and pianist Jonathan Lyness.

Together they will perform a glorious selection of songs, arias, and ensembles, spanning the great composers – Mozart, Bizet, Verdi, Puccini, Strauss, and Lehár alongside favourites from Rodgers and Hammerstein and a rich mix of traditional Welsh, English, and Italian music. This promises to be a magical evening not to be missed!

Gyda'i gilydd byddant yn perfformio detholiad gogoneddus o ganeuon, ariâu ac ensemblau, yn ymestyn dros y cyfansoddwyr gwych – Mozart, Bizet, Verdi, Puccini, Strauss, a Lehár ochr yn ochr â ffefrynnau gan Rodgers a Hammerstein a chymysgedd cyfoethog o gerddoriaeth draddodiadol Gymraeg, Saesneg ac Eidaleg. Mae'n argoeli i fod yn noson fythgofiadwy na ddylech ei cholli!
