Free Coastal Health & Wellness Day – Caswell Bay, Sat 1 Nov 2025

Join Blue Ocean Activities for our first Health & Wellness Day at Caswell Bay — completely free to attend.

This half-day event combines a scenic coastal walk or run, a refreshing cold dip in the sea (with wetsuits and buoyancy aids provided, including child sizes), optional bodyboarding, and hot drinks on the beach.

Open to individuals, families (children 8+), community groups, corporate teams, and even friendly dogs, it's a welcoming way to enjoy the outdoors, boost wellbeing, and connect with others.
