Bushcraft, £27-£40

Ceredigion & Pembrokeshire,
SA43 3BU

What is the difference between bushcraft and survival is a normal question I get asked. Quite simply bushcraft is survival skills which are learnt and practiced so if in the unfortuante event you need to survive in the wild you will have knoledge and skill to aplly to your situation.
Bush Craft has been increasing more popular since it has been shown on tv with presenters like Bear Gryls and Ray Mears. Which is great to see so many people finding a intrest in the outdoors though this outlet.
We offer various bushcraft courses from:
Half day introduction
Full Weekends or weekdays
Full on is where we combine bushcraft with a expedition either by canoe or walking
We have found the sessions run best when they evolve around your background and experiance, we have experianced staff who have a great depth of knoledge which can be aplied to your needs.
We cover various topics in the session these can include:
fire lighting
fire by friction (various methods)
steel and flint
wood processing
shelter building
survial style starting with nothing
using tarps and hammocks
water and food
making/ collecting drinking water
food preparing and eating small game
