24hour theatre

About

One day to write it. One day to rehearse it. One night to survive it.

Monty's Fringe Theatre is taking the ultimate creative gamble at Hafan Yr Afon!

They'll start with absolutely nothing. No script. No plot. No characters. No lines.

Then the clock starts ticking.

They have just 24 HOURS to write, rehearse and prepare a completely original play from scratch. Exactly one day later, the curtain goes up and they perform whatever they've created – live!

Will it be a masterpiece? Will it be beautifully chaotic? We genuinely have no idea. And that's the whole point.

Sunday 13 September 2026 4pm Hafan Yr Afon, Newtown️ FREE ENTRY
