Y Tabernacl - venue Machynlleth Festival

About

The Machynlleth Festival is an annual arts and music festival held in the historic market town of Machynlleth in Mid Wales, with its main base at Y Tabernacl — a converted former chapel that now serves as a dedicated concert venue with excellent acoustics.

From 23rd to 29th of August the Tabernacle Centre is home to local favourites and performance greats from around the world

The festival’s performances span a wide range of musical styles, including classical, world, jazz, folk and Welsh music, often featuring both world-class artists and talented local performers. In addition to music, there are cultural talks and activities that reflect Machynlleth’s artistic and historical character, all set against the scenic backdrop of the foothills of Snowdonia.

With concerts, talks, workshops, children's concerts, and exhibitions there is something for everyone at this year's festival. We look forward to welcoming you then.
