About
Snowdonia’s most popular walking festival.
Based in the heart of the historic village of Trefriw on the edge of Eryri, the festival has trails for every level, from mountain ascents to easy strolls.
All our walks begin and end in Trefriw; the more remote ones using transport kindly provided by Plas Y Brenin National Mountain Sports Centre. All are led by experienced walk leaders and accompanied by qualified First Aiders.
-
A mix of short strolls, moderate hikes, and more strenuous mountain walks.
-
Routes explore the Conwy Valley, forests, lakes, and mountains around Snowdonia.
-
Some walks start in the village, while others use minibus or car-share to reach trailheads.
-
Refreshments and socialising typically happen at the village hall before/after walks.
