Kington Spring Walking Festival

About

The Kington Spring Walking Festival is an annual celebration of walking set in the scenic countryside around Kington, near the Herefordshire–Radnorshire border  where several long-distance trails and footpaths converge. The festival is organised by the volunteer group Kington Walks, which runs two major walking festivals each year.

The lengths of walks will vary from a few miles to hill walks of up to 17 miles, taking in mountains and hills, offering some fabulous views and providing you with a great work out.

Also, The Kington Walks Spring 2026 Quiz Night takes place on Saturday 19:30 the Kington Bowling Club £5 per person.

Kington sits on the border between the green and pleasant land of Herefordshire, famous for apples, beef and beer, and the wild beautiful uplands of Mid Wales. A perfect base for anyone interested in walking.
