ffresh, located in the heart of Cardiff Bay is the home of great food and drink. ffresh Bar serves coffee and cake from 10am plus superb handmade pizzas and delicious platters to share from 12pm.
Ffresh Restaurant serves the best in Welsh cuisine for lunch and dinner with seasonal menus designed with Shaun Hill - set menus start at £15.50 for a twocourse lunch. Ffresh is open Tuesday - Sunday and Mondays before shows in the Donald Gordon Theatre. It’s also available for private dining and functions.

Leave the A4232 just before Butetown Tunnel & follow signs for Techniquest.
Continue along Stuart Street & turn right at the traffic lights onto Bute Place, road bends around to the left, take the first exit to the right (around Craft in the Bay), follow this road around to the left back onto Bute Place.
