Roundhouse Farm offers charming holiday cottages in Nantyglo, Blaenau Gwent, blending modern comforts with historical charm, near the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains. Enjoy a peaceful and secure stay within a walled enclosure. The farm is centrally located on the A465 for access to numerous activities and with excellent connectivity by road and rail. Within walking distance of a retail park, the award winning Market Hall Cinema, and the Clydach Gorge in the Brecon Beacons with its woodland and waterfalls.

The Cottages

Our beautifully restored cottages – Mary, Henrietta, and William – are ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends. Each combines rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring open-plan living, cosy furnishings, and fully-equipped kitchens for a perfect getaway. There is a secure bike store complete with sockets for bike chargers and workshop facilities.

Henrietta

A sympathetically restored cottage with open-plan living space, perfect for families wanting to explore the many attractions that are within easy reach within the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The larger of the three cottages within the restored terrace and once a former barn, step in off the terrace and back in time.

William

A sympathetically restored cottage set within the grounds of a historic site, the Nantyglo Ironworks complex, perfect for families with many ancient castles, mountains, rivers and waterfalls to explore.

Mary

A sympathetically restored cottage set within the grounds of a heritage site and former ironworks complex, perfect for couples wanting to explore the Brecon Beacons National Park.

The Farmhouse

Recently renovated the farmhouse sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (1 king) plus a sofa bed in the second living room. A fully fitted kitchen/ diner has been created and the property benefits from 2 new shower rooms/wc's and a separate patio area.
