The property is set in a peaceful location, with sunrises to die for, centrally located for exploring the many delights along the east coast of Anglesey, it’s less than five minutes to the beaches, restaurants, golf, tennis, bowls and shops.

Ground floor

Kitchen/ dining area
The large, modern, attractive kitchen is very well equipped with a four burner gas hob above an electric fan oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and toaster. The extendable breakfast table with seating for six and the radio/CD player makes the kitchen a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee!

Rear Porch/Utility Room
The utility room contains a chest freezer, washing machine and drier. Double glazed door provides access to the garden.

Lounge/ dining room
The large lounge has a traditional cast iron log burner, a 32 inch smart TV, DVD player, Freeview, XBOX and Wi-Fi. Compact Music System with Bluetooth, CD, USB, DAB. Comfortable leather suite, three and two seater sofas provide a cosy place to relax after a day at the beach!

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom contains a king size bed, a large fitted wardrobe with cupboards and two bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2
This twin bedroom contains two single beds, a dresser with drawers and a large fitted wardrobe for storage.

Bedroom 3
Here there is a double bed with two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. A clothing hanger rail located next to the chest of drawers provides extra clothes storage.

Master Bathroom
The modern fully tiled family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a heated towel rail, toilet, hand basin and shaver sockets.

Shower Room
The Shower Room is located next to bedroom 3 and has a luxury walk-in shower with toilet and hand basin. There is a 25cm step into the shower. A heated towel rail and a shaver socket are also fitted.

Entertainment
The lounge has a 32 inch smart TV with built in Freeview, a DVD player, XBOX, Compact Music System with Bluetooth, CD, USB, DAB, board games, children’s toys and books on the book shelf. There is a radio/CD player in the kitchen and wireless internet is also available throughout the property.
