Gellihaf House; a family-owned and run boutique bed & breakfast set in the historic and beautiful Rhymney Valley. Your hosts Catherine and Howard fell in love with the place the moment they saw it and they are confident you will too. Built in the style of the Arts and Crafts Movement on the site of a historical farmhouse which had been in the ownership of Catherine’s family several generations ago, it retains many of its original features which have been restored sympathetically to the era of its design. The expansive and diverse gardens offer you a range of options for outdoor relaxation and are all available for your pleasure. Gellihaf House has 3 luxurious en-suite bedrooms with underfloor heating, rainforest showers and deep baths. Each room is tastefully decorated and furnished sympathetically to the style of the house. Handmade soft furnishings by the host add the finishing touches to these sumptuous rooms. A large sitting room with open fire is available to guests, whether its to watch TV or just admire the gardens or chat with friends. The dining room is with garden view is comfortable and perfect for a lazy breakfast. Its large enough to be able to host up to 16 guests for Afternoon Tea parties. Your hosts believe in providing exceptional accommodation, comfort and service, to make your stay at Gellihaf House both delightful and truly memorable.
