W&LLR | Fish & Chips Evening Train

About

Take a journey through beautiful Mid Wales in the early evening complete with a Fish & Chips supper served at the halfway point of your journey.

Departing Llanfair Caereinion station (SY21 0SF) at 18.15, our vintage train transports you on the 8-mile journey to Welshpool, arriving at 19.00 when your meal from Andrews Fish Bar will be served on the platform. Hot and soft drinks will be available to purchase from our Welshpool Station Shop before the return journey, arriving back in Llanfair shortly before sunset at 20.30.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate gluten-free meals on this train.

Ticket price includes: Two Hour Steam or Diesel Train Journey, Fish & Chips supper (or alternative), and a bottle of Water.

Online booking essential. Bookings close 2 days before event date.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate dogs on our catering services.

Members concessionary travel is not available on catering services.
