A scenic, undulating course mainly on country lanes, circumnavigating Cors Caron a raised bog and National Nature Reserve. The first two miles are on a quiet A road and there is a 4 mile section on a disused railway line across the bog.
All competitors receive a Ras Cors Caron beanie hat and free Cawl at the finish at the Rugby Club. Plaques for top three in each category.
