The Nightmare Before Christmas is a stop-motion animated film directed by Henry Selick and produced by Tim Burton, released in 1993. The film follows Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, who becomes bored with his usual spooky routine and stumbles upon Christmas Town. Captivated by the holiday, he decides to take over Christmas, but his well-intentioned plans spiral into chaos.

With its unique blend of dark whimsy, memorable music, and distinct visual style, the film has become a cult classic, loved for both its Halloween and Christmas appeal.
