About
Kerry Vale Vineyard is a small vineyard visitor centre at Pentreheyling, 3 miles south of Montgomery in Powys, Mid Wales. It is a relaxed place to taste wine, learn about vine growing and enjoy homemade food with views over the vines.
Vineyard Experience Tours run on selected days, usually Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. They include a guided walk among the vines, the story of the vineyard and its grape varieties, and a tutored tasting of four Kerry Vale wines. For visitors who prefer to go at their own pace, a self-guided audio tour with wine samples is also available. Group tours for 12 or more can be arranged by special booking.
The purpose built cellar door shop and café offer estate wines and locally produced food and gifts. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance. Opening times and tour dates vary by season, so please check the Kerry Vale Vineyard website before travelling.
