About

New Quay’s sheltered water is a natural home for water based activities and Cardigan Bay Watersports Centre provides high quality experiences and a good range of up to date equipment.

The Centre has developed a wide range of watersport activities and training programmes to meet the needs of a wide variety of users, including schools, clubs, businesses and a range of residents and visitors to the area. You will be able to learn the basics or develop your skills in wonderful surroundings under the guidance of expert staff.

There is a wide choice of watersports activities on offer including:

Kayaking, Paddle boarding, Sailing, Windsurfing, Wing surfing, Powerboat courses.

Taster sessions, longer courses and hire.

Kids fun sessions.

Sailing

Taster sessions, RYA courses or dinghies to hire.

Kayaking

Hire one of our kayaks to paddle around the bay.
Book a taster session to give you some basic tips.
Book on one of our escorted 2 hour tours.

Paddleboarding

Paddle boarding is the UK's fastest growing participation sport.


Windsurfing

Windsurfing taster sessions, improver sessions, RYA Courses or hire.
