About

Prestatyn is a lively resort (population just under 19,000) with three long sandy beaches (Barkby Beach, Central Beach and Ffrith Beach) joined together by a 4 mile promenade, popular with walkers and cyclists. Prestatyn also marks the start (or end) of the Offa's Dyke National Trail, which runs along the old Welsh border to Chepstow in South Wales.

Great entertainment can be found at the Nova Centre which has a pool, health and fitness studio, restaurant and bars. The North Wales Bowls Centre at Ffrith Beach has an eight rink indoor bowling green built to international standards. The centre is open to all levels of bowler and spectators are very welcome.

As well as a town centre with many high street brands and a large market three days a week, Prestatyn also has many specialist shops and boutiques.
