The National Botanic Garden of Wales near Carmarthen is a wonderful place to hold private functions, seminars, training days and conferences. Providing excellent facilities for large or small scale events in venues, The National Botanic Gardens provide an individual service to cater for a wide range of needs. Venues include:

Tŷ Melyn
Tŷ Melyn has three s conference rooms ranging in size from a cosy boardroom for eight, up to theatre style for 100 delegates. Each room has excellent access, projector screens and multimedia equipment installed. All rooms have natural daylight and wireless access. A superb venue, suited best Conferences, Board Meetings, Training Days, Product Launches, demonstrations and exhibitions.

The Great Glasshouse
This stunning venue can be used for a variety of different events including weddings and large corporate evening meals. In a theatre style it can accommodate up to 270 people for musical performances and theatre productions and 100 for evening dining. The Great Glasshouse, an unforgettable venue, best suited to: Drinks Receptions, Evening Events, Presentations and Award Ceremonies

 Millennium Square
This is a purpose built arena for outdoor productions including music and theatre, beautifully located, near the main courtyard, restaurant and conveniences. Separate housing facilities for props and or musical equipment, a large area to accommodate a maximum of 1000 people best suited for Evening and Weekend Events, Outdoor Productions & Performances, Prodcut Launches and Demonstrations

The Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is situated upstairs from the restaurant. It comprises of a balcony area and an adjoining room. The room can accommodate up to 25 in a boardroom style and 18 cabaret. The balcony is useful as a breakout area or for serving refreshments.

Theatr Botanica
Theatr Botanica is an intimate theatre room to seat 55. This fantastic facility is fully equipped with projector screen, ISDN links, and excellent surround sound and lighting. A real gem, it has a wide capability as a small and unusual venue. 

Caffi Botanica & Courtyard
Caffi Botanica has a fully fitted kitchen, which prepares traditional and contemporary cuisine. Catering for large or small occasions is no obstacle. The Courtyard makes for a charming setting in the summer, whilst the variety of dining facilities indoors can accommodate up to 120 guests.

Oriel Yr Ardd Gallery
The quiet tranquillity of the Gallery makes for an ideal location for intimate events such as weddings, birthday celebrations or exclusive corporate dining. It happily accommodates 40 in a dining capacity. The displays of artwork add to the pleasant atmosphere and encourage relaxation and conversation

Road Directions

From Swansea: Take the M4 west towards Carmarthen and Pont Abraham services. At the services take the A48 towards Carmarthen. Take the third exit at the Crosshands roundabout, remaining on the A48. After about 4 miles there is a slip road signposted B4310 to Nantgaredig. It has a brown leisure sign for National Botanic Garden of Wales. Follow the directions to the National Botanic Garden of Wales.

From Carmarthen: Take the A48 towards Swansea and the M4. After approximately 8 miles, take a slip road signposted B4310 (Nantgaredig). It has a brown leisure sign for the National Botanic Garden of Wales. Follow the directions to the National Botanic Garden of Wales
