The Grub Hub at Hafod Trails, near Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire, offers simple, home-cooked food for riders and visitors using the bike park. Food is available on days the trails are open, with hot meals served alongside a range of snacks and hot and cold drinks throughout the day.

Ingredients are sourced locally where possible, and plant-based options are always available. The team are happy to help with dietary requirements if you get in touch ahead of your visit.

It’s a practical, easy stop between runs, giving you a chance to refuel and take a break without leaving the site. Suitable for riders, families and anyone spending time at Hafod Trails.

Food is available whenever the trails are open, with payment accepted by cash or card. Check opening days and plan your visit via the Hafod Trails website.
