Brecon
The Beacons Way walk offers some of the best views the National Park has to offer. If you want to complete the whole 163 km (101 mile) walk it takes eight days, or you can do it one day at a time at your convenience.
Powys
Starting in the center of Newtown, this route follows the long distance Severn Way to the lake and returns via Penshwa Lane and Ffrydd Farm.
Dolgellau
Three walking trails are waymarked and start from Coed y Brenin Visitor Centre car park.

Haverfordwest serves as the market town for most of the county of Pembrokeshire.
Porthmadog
Porthmadog railway station is on the Cambrian Coast Line from Machynlleth to Pwllheli. The station is located less than a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Connections to the heritage railways is via a 15 minute walk.
Neath, Brecon Beacons
Henrhyd Falls, is tucked away on the western edge of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons). Plunging 90ft (27m) into a wooded gorge, it’s a natural wonder well worth a visit. Henrhyd Falls is free of charge to visit and see.
Haverfordwest
Built in the 13th century by Sir John Wogan, his direct descendants still use the Castle as their family home. The medieval castle was modernised in the 1750s above the undercroft and extended around 1790 with fine Georgian interiors.
Powys
The Table Mountain is clearly visible from most places in Crickhowell. It is just to the north of the village on the eastern shoulder of the much larger Pen Cerrig-calch which dominates the northern views. Grid Ref: SO218185

Try this lovely mixed woodland, coppice and riverside walk with some towering poplar trees. Includes two fords, a historic weir and waterfall.
