Preseli Venture has been at the forefront of sustainable adventure tourism for over 40 years. In fact, its pioneering guides helped shape coasteering into the globally recognised activity it is today — right here on the Welsh coast.

Working in close partnership with the National Trust and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Preseli Venture delivers authentic, low-impact experiences in some of the region’s most protected and awe-inspiring environments.

Activities You'll meet your guide at a specific location for each activity. 

Accommodation  From the M4 west, join the A48 to Carmarthen, then take the A40 towards St Clears and on to Haverfordwest Continue on the A40 for 9 miles to Letterston, then turn left onto the B4331 (signposted Mathry) Follow for 5 miles to the A487 junction, cross over and immediately turn right down the single-track lane (drive slowly) On your left, you'll pass Preseli Glamping, then the Eco Barn & Penbwchdy Cottage turning, then the Courtyard Cottages car park. 

Public Transport Directions

By Car: See road instructions. Ample private off-road parking is available.

By Train: Nearest stations are Fishguard & Goodwick (5 miles) or Haverfordwest (15 miles) — taxis available.

By Bus: Take the T11 (Fishguard–St Davids) or 404 Strumble Shuttle, stopping at Mathry Junction. Walk 1 mile down the lane to Preseli Venture.

By Air: Nearest airport Cardiff (110 miles) — connect via train or private transfer. Car hire is available from Cardiff. 

By Boat: Stena line ferries run between Fishguard Harbour (5 miles away) and Rosslare in SE Ireland.

Group Transport: Minibuses welcome. Discounts available for groups of 3+ travelling by train.
