About
The In It Together Festival is a large music event held each year in South Wales. In 2026 it will run from Friday 22 May to Sunday 24 May, during the late May bank holiday weekend. The festival takes place at Old Park Farm in Margam, near Port Talbot, and features several stages with artists from pop, indie, dance, and electronic music. Many people attend for the whole weekend and camp on-site, although day tickets are also available. The event is known for being quite family-friendly compared with many other UK festivals.
Friday (22 May) opens the weekend with a mixture of nostalgic pop, indie, and dance acts. The main headline performance that night comes from Madness, a well-known British ska and pop band famous for their energetic live shows. Other performers appearing on the Friday lineup include The Fratellis, Natalie Imbruglia, Tinchy Stryder, and General Levy. DJs and dance acts such as East End Dubs and Gok Wan also perform across the festival’s electronic stages.
Saturday (23 May) is usually the busiest day of the festival. The headline act is rapper Aitch, who closes the main stage with a hip-hop set. Earlier in the day there are performances from artists including Rudimental, Ella Henderson, Maxïmo Park, and Professor Green. The Saturday lineup blends chart pop, indie rock, and electronic music, which makes it one of the most varied days of the weekend.
Sunday (24 May) brings the festival to a close. The final headline performance is by alternative rock band Snow Patrol, known for songs like Chasing Cars. Other acts scheduled for the final day include Feeder, The Twang, and the UK garage group Artful Dodger. Sunday usually has a slightly more relaxed atmosphere as the weekend wraps up, finishing with the headliner’s closing performance at night.
