About

Silver Sherpa offers an exceptional travel experience for visitors exploring the stunning landscapes of Mid Wales and Shropshire. We specialise in daily luggage transfer services for walkers on Offa's Dyke Path, covering the whole Northern section between Knighton and Prestatyn. Other local walks covered include The Shropshire Way and sections of Glyndwr's Way. We also offer tailored tours and day trips of Mid Wales and Shropshire Borderlands, designed for all interests and abilities.

We are based in Welshpool, which is a lovely small Market Town and is known as the Gateway of Mid Wales. We are passionate about showing visitors the true Mid Wales and all she can offer.

The exciting news that there will be a stage for the Tour De France starting in Welshpool and travelling down to Cardiff in July 2027 has started a flow of enquiries. We can offer daily luggage transfer and /or a support vehcile for the whole stage. We already assist groups covering the Marcher Castles Way.

Our aim is to support walkers, cyclists or those looking for a bespoke tour. As a small family run business we offer a personal experience and will try to assist in any way we can.

We also offer Airport Transfers with our sister company Silver Service Executive Travel for overseas visitors between all UK airport and Mid Wales /Shropshire.
