Notes

  • Car park in front of the rooms with a disabled bay outside the entrance to the disable friendly room. Assistance with luggage can be requested from reception. A permanent ramp is in situe for access to the main entrance which is suitable for wheelchair access. Breakfast dining room and reception is on the ground floor. Breakfast is served and assistance is readily available with the breakfast buffet (cereals etc.) Reception desk height is suitable for wheelchairs and seating is provided. Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are fifteen minutes drive by car where pay and display parking is available. A local taxi service is available. A bus stop into Cardigan and New Quay is ten minutes walk from Penbontbren at the end of the lane. There are three rooms available on ground level. One room is suitable for guests in a wheelchair with limited mobility. The staircase to the rooms on the first floor have a fitted banister. Three of the bedrooms have one or two steps to reach the sitting room or bathroom. Bathrooms all have baths with handrail and non slip mats with the exception of one ground floor room with en suite shower. This room is suitable for guests with limited disabilities. There is a small step into the shower. Three bathrooms have a step in them. Assistance dogs are welcomed at the hotel. A room service menu is available for breakfast up until 10.30 am. The breakfast dining room is open for breakfast from 8am last orders 10.15am. Menus can be provided in large print. There is a toilet available for guests with limited disabilities near reception
