The Corris Cafe uses delicious local produce across the all-day menu wherever possible. Enjoy freshly ground morning coffee (the coffee beans are expertly roasted by the Baristas at Zealots Coffee in North Wales) tea, hot chocolate or a cold drink with a great selection of locally baked cakes and biscuits. There’s an all day Breakfast bap menu too, choose from Welsh sausages, bacon, eggs and mushrooms or enjoy a tasty fully loaded breakfast bap with all four fillings. Freshly baked pastries and cinnamon toast also served.

The delicious lunch menu includes a real burger menu with a Welsh steak, Welsh lamb, Welsh barbeque, Welsh rarebit and vegan burgers, all served on a sourdough beer bap. Brand new for 2022, the Dyfi Dog, the dogs are made especially for us by the award winning Rob Rattray Butchers and served in a brioche bun with optional mustard, ketchup and caramelised onions. Other options include homemade soup, Welsh Lamb cawl, a range of jacket potatoes, hot and cold pasties and a range of sandwiches. Daily specials are always served too.

Enjoy afternoon tea with freshly baked scones and Bara Brith. A range of speciality teas and traditional teas (freshly ground coffee or choose from a range of cold drinks if you prefer) are available.
Tell the staff about any food allergies or special diets, they will be able to cater for your needs.
There is free WIFI with seating available indoors and outdoors.

Linked via an archway from the cafe is the Welsh Deli - a Welsh food and drink shop where you'll find the shelves stocked with jams, preserves, tea, coffee, ciders, beers, wine, spirits, liqueurs, cheeses, honey, eggs, biscuits, cakes and much more all of which has been grown, reared or produced in Wales, much by local artisan producers.

The Corris Cafe is at the centre of the Corris Craft Centre which is home to 9 independent craft studios and the resident designer-makers. Crafts handmade at the centre include mixed media artwork and photography, celtic and contemporary jewellery, pottery and smoking dragons, hand carved candles, handmade chocolates, natural forest furniture, flamework & glass sculptures, Welsh wool and leather products and award winning Dyfi Distillery gin.

See many of the crafts being made and discover the inspiration behind the unique handcrafted designs.
Many of the studios welcome private commission work and some of the studios offer the chance for hands-on and fun crafting activities including pottery painting, pottery throwing, chocolate making, candle dipping and furniture building workshops.

Right next to The Corris Cafe is King Arthur's Labyrinth where you sail by boat and through the magical veil of an underground waterfall into a mythical world of storytelling with dragons, giants, fierce battles and the legendary King Arthur. The stories unfold with dramatic scenes, light and sound.

Also right next to the cafe, Corris Mine Explorers is Winner of a 2021 Trip Advisor Travellers' Choice award and Best Experience / Activity in Mid Wales 2019/20. Corris Mine Explorers offers underground explorations into the secret abandoned workings of the old Braich Goch slate mine. Worked from 1836 to 1970 when the miners left and the door creaked shut leaving a virtual time capsule which you can now explore.
