The National Library of Wales offers a wide range of services to suit your conference and meeting requirements.

It is possible to hire technical equipment from the Library for the following rooms:

The Council Chamber
A prestigious room for meetings and conferences
-Room for up to 60 people to sit
-2 lifts nearby convenient for users with mobility difficulties and for moving material to your conference
-It is possible to order a buffet or tea and coffee.

The President’s Room:
Appropriate room for meetings

-Multi-media auditorium
-Room for 98 to sit
-Price includes technical resources
-Located on the ground floor (Level -1)
-The Drwm meets accessibility requirements
