Approached off A487, as per directions on website. Cottage is to your left, attached to farmhouse. Ground outside cottage and car park, which is adjacent to cottage, is level. Bags can be unloaded by the door.<br /><br />One step (130mm) leads up to cottage. Approach is well lit.<br /><br />Front door (730mm) opens onto a small lobby ? threshold is not flush ? and, then another door (910mm), onto the open plan kitchen/lounge. Worktops are 930mm high, and the door of the low oven opens downwards.<br /><br />The 2 two-seater sofas in lounge may impede passage of wheelchairs. There is a TV with remote control and video. No mobile phone reception.<br /><br />Light switches are 123mm high.<br /><br />Toilet and shower room is on ground floor through 680mm wide doorways. The door handles are 1130mm high, and are a good colour contrast to doors. Toilet height is 440mm. Step into shower is 260mm.<br /><br />Cottage has 2 storeys joined by 12-step staircase with handrail, leading up to the 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). <br /><br />Emergency exit is from twin bedroom, down a 12-step external stone staircase.
