There are two internal steps on the ground floor, one leading from the bathroom and living room into the hallway and one from the entrance lobby into the hallway. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a bath with an over?the?bath shower. Both bedrooms are on the first floor. The stairs have one hand rail. Information is in large bold type.
