Ø Directly on A493. Half mile from main railway station. We can collect visitors if required.<br /><br />Ø Unrestricted parking opposite the house. Free car park permits provided. Car park 400 yards.<br /><br />Ø House approached by 5 slate steps. Handrail on left side.<br /><br />Ø Main entrance into hallway through wide (880mm) Upvc door.<br /><br />Ø Internal doors all 750mm wide<br /><br />Ø All rooms decorated in strong contrasting colours. Hall and stairs in toned white.<br /><br />Ø Ground floor level lounge/diner and kitchen and laundry room.<br /><br />Ø Kitchen has built-under automatic oven, work surface level hob and microwave. Continuous work-surfaces throughout.<br /><br />Ø South facing lounge has good natural light, central light fittings and wall lights. TV, video and music centre with remote controls<br /><br />Ø Well lit hall, stairs and landings<br /><br />Ø First floor bedrooms up one flight of stairs with handrail.<br /><br />Ø First floor bathroom and WC has over bath shower.<br /><br />Ø Second floor bedroom up one further flight of stairs, no handrail.<br /><br />Ø Second floor bathroom and WC has over bath shower.<br /><br /><br /><br />Ø Third floor bedrooms up one further flight of stairs, no handrail<br /><br />Ø Dogs welcome<br /><br />Ø Public transport within 100 yards of house<br /><br />Ø The shops, pubs and restaurants are within 200 yards of the house<br /><br />Ø There is no signal for the Vodaphone mobile network <br /><br />Ø Local tourist information is provided in the house.
