Car park 400 yards.<br /><br />&#216; House approached by 5 slate steps. Handrail on left side.<br /><br />&#216; Main entrance into hallway through wide (880mm) Upvc door.<br /><br />&#216; Internal doors all 750mm wide<br /><br />&#216; All rooms decorated in strong contrasting colours. Hall and stairs in toned white.<br /><br />&#216; Ground floor level lounge/diner and kitchen and laundry room.<br /><br />&#216; Kitchen has built-under automatic oven, work surface level hob and microwave. Continuous work-surfaces throughout.<br /><br />&#216; South facing lounge has good natural light, central light fittings and wall lights.
