Three 152mm steps down to the property, small step through a 710mm doorway into kitchen lino surface, electric cooker, microwave at a general work top height, fridge/freezer. Two 710mm doorways lead to bathroom, lino surface. Narrow sided bath, separate raised shower, w.c and wash basin.<br /> Another 762mm doorway leads from kitchen to sitting/dining room, carpet surface. A narrow (750mm) carpeted staircase with eleven 215mm steps leads up to square landing, and two bedrooms. Narrow landing walkway (482mm) parallel to stairs leads to airing cupboard and immersion heater control. A 786mm doorway into double bedroom and an 812mm doorway into family room, carpeted throughout.<br /><br /> Fire Exit<br /><br />Fire access at bottom of stairs in sitting room.
