Start Talgarth Car Park GR 154 338

Leave CP heading S towards Llangorse. After about 2.5km (and after Trefeca village) turn L SP Trefecca Fawr. SO for 1.5km and take BW where road bears sharp L.
Follow BW to road and turn L. At T-junction turn R. At next T-junction turn L and then sharp R onto BW. SO for over 2km, cross road, and follow rutted BW along side of hill. Follow BW along narrow path through wood, past cottage and up steep climb onto top of hill. At corner of fence go SO keeping fence on R. At next corner turn R following fence. Keeping fence then stone wall on your R follow track all the way to Bwlch village.
Turn R on main road and then R again SP Llangorse. After 0.5km turn L, SP Pennorth. Turn L at Sawmill Cottages. SO up hill and where road turns sharp L go R onto BW, SP Pennorth. At gate where BW splits take either track. SO alongside forest up to Allt Yr Esgair hill fort. SO down BW, track goes sharp L then take L fork and SO to Pennorth village and turn L. SO through village SP Llanhamlach and shortly after turn R up BW. SO along BW for 2km, at road go SO. At X roads turn R SP Llanfihangel and Llangorse. Turn R at Black Cock Inn and SO to Llangorse.
Take R at T-junction, past pub and turn L. Fork L at Yew tree. SO for 2km and turn L at T-junction at top of steep hill. Shortly after, where road bears R take farm track to L. At Heol y Cefn turn R. SO to T-junction and turn L. At farm where road bears R go SO down track. After 1km turn R on road and back to start.
