The Hafren is ideally situated for your business events, meetings and conferences and can accommodate anything from 50 - 548 delegates.

The theatre auditorium and other facilities are available for conferences, business meetings and special functions. The main auditorium can accommodate up to 500 with full staging and lighting facilities with a suite of smaller rooms available for ancillary use or smaller functions.

A full on-site professional technical service ensures the optimum sound, lighting and presentation of your event. With catering to suit all requirements, the theatre offers a business like and professional environment, flexible in accommodating a large range in attendance numbers from 10 upwards.

Auditorium
Seating up to 556, conference style, the auditorium has full staging and lighting facilities, raked seating, a built in public address system and a sound loop for hearing impaired attenders. A full on-site professional technical service ensures the optimum sound, lighting and presentation of your event. With catering to suit all requirements, the venue offers a business-like and professional environment, flexible in accommodating a large range in attendance numbers from 50 upwards.

Gallery-Bar
The theatre gallery-bar can be used as a small meeting area (up to 20 people), an exhibition space, as a break-out room or for catering/refreshments.

Venue Foyer
Available for reception and small displays.

The Hafren has a large free car park immediately adjacent, and is well signposted through Newtown. It enjoys direct access from the A489 trunk road and is just 3 miles off the A470 North-South Wales road, making it speedily accessible from all parts of Wales, plus the English Midlands and North West.
